Well, If this is what is haunting your mind after visiting this website, you must have figured out a little by now that this is a website uniquely designed so as to make it so so simple for anyone to rent-out the items from anywhere in the world to anyone out there who is in need of it without paying a single penny as brokerage !!

Until a week ago when Everything4Rent becomes a reality , I had always felt that instead of buying any item that i would need only for a short time its nice to get it in rent. While i save a lot of money instead of buying it new, I also help the person to earn a little who has the item without any use.

I find this idea so cost effective but not sure how i can look for the items that i want since there are not many websites which runs ONLY for renting. I foresee a nice business out there particularly in this domain and also to encourage people to come forward to rent out all of the items that they think is just lying around at their backyard which was once much in use.

Consider this as a scenario where in you need a Lawn Mower, just for a weekend to fix your lawn, when you are really short of money or not prepared to buy it new ? What Options do you really have to fix your lawn ? -Or- Say You wanna Rent out your house for a Weekend Party ?

So Items like this which were once much in use , later abandoned at your backyard would be the Ideal thing to be posted in this website which can be sold out or rented out to others who would want them for a short time.

This website would just help you get someone who is need of what you offer. Now dig in your backyard to find the items that are in working condition and worth giving for Rent and POST them all here.

I sincerely thank GAE (Google AppEngine) who have come out with this nice idea of providing an Online AppEngine to write my own code and post my website as i want. Nice thing about GAE is that its scalable. So if my idea clicks, most likely i might scale it in terms of server, CPU, and what not, Just to meet your expectations.

Well, If you like the simplicity of this website , believe that this place is worth and if you have saved some money using this website, Please donate a few penny to me (optional) so i can get this site going with more of my innovative ideas thats yet to be implemented in GAE and would also help me use the fund for scaling up this website when it hits the traffic.

No Gmail Required -- Though i have hosted it with GAE, it does not mean that you should have a Gmail ID. While I sincerely recommend to have a valid Gmail address as this website is hosted in GAE, all the emails that you receive, would be quite faster. Otherwise, Its not mandatory. You need to have an Email address that you have access to and you can use this website right away.

No Login Required -- You dont need a login to post the item. Its so simple that you give little information about yourself and the Item that you want to give it in Rent, You are done. You MUST ensure that you have a valid Email address so you can verify your post before it catches everyone's eyes.

Complete Privacy -- While you dont need a login to this site, you definitely need a valid Email address since thats the only recommended and safest method through which anyone can contact you if they are interested in the item that you posted. I dont sell any of your information to anyone since thats not my intention of developing a website. I want this website to reach everyone in this world so that its benefits everyone in some way or the other.
